What would you add to Heroes? (creative ideas only!)

If it were possible, I would probably add unique war machines for each faction. It's annoying to constantly see the same war machines for every faction; they are more suitable for the human faction than for the others. For example, instead of a catapult for the Elves, you could have an Ent throwing stones. The demon catapult could be depicted as being made of iron (in some kind of dwarven style) and firing iron, spiky balls. For the Undead, the catapult could also be changed to a gothic style, and instead of stones, it would fire skulls (to intimidate the enemy). For the Mages, you could come up with something else instead of a catapult, and have it fire lightning at enemies, etc. I would also like catapults to be operated by living creatures, not by some kind of spirit. What else can be added? You could add female models for heroes; it's funny to see a female demon or a female dwarf riding a mammoth. Well, that's all.
