LMS, IMHO, is unnecessary!

If nothing can be changed in the League of Clans, what should be done? ... That's right!
CREATE A NEW LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't anything be changed? Who told you that? You can, but only at the League of Clans council, where 2 members from each clan (that has joined the League of Clans) are present... as it should be.

And creating a new league... then the question is, what is it for? What will it be like?
