The history of the empire, from its founding to the fall of its capital.
History:
Before the creation of the imperial calendar: six great tribes of ancient humans make three attempts to unite against the Wardan tribes.
Cycle of the empire's foundation: the leader of the Flame Walkers tribe, Mardur, later nicknamed the Gatherer, forcibly subjugates four tribes and declares the establishment of the empire.
1st star cycle since the founding of the empire: the Herb Readers tribe joins the empire. Presumably, as a result of a mutually beneficial deal.

3rd star cycle since the founding of the empire: the heir to Emperor Mardur, Prince Luhann, loses the war. The Wardans capture a third of the empire's lands.
5th star cycle since the founding of the empire: a new great chieftain of the Wardans announces a campaign against the Sortorins. Troops from the tribes leave the bloodied empire.
6th star cycle since the founding of the empire: taking advantage of the enemy's distraction, imperial troops return the empire to its former borders and build new forts near the Gates of the Wastelands.
Period from the 7th to the 8th star cycles since the founding of the empire: a period of restoration for the empire and minor skirmishes with the Wardan tribes.
9th star cycle since the founding of the empire: the great chieftain Zarak-Attir declares the conquest of the Sortorin people. Emperor Markan II throws all the resources of the crown into strengthening the borders. But the war does not begin.
Period from the 10th to the 11th star cycles since the founding of the empire: an era of prosperity for the empire and victorious campaigns in the wastelands.
12th star cycle since the founding of the empire: an unknown celestial body falls on the capital of the empire. Emperor Markan III becomes the last representative of his dynasty.
