Óna
The only one of the Ivylai kind who is not doomed to the eternal cycle of rebirth and loss of memories, and she is also the one who makes this possible for everyone else. Thanks to this, Óna is a key figure for all of Ikazkan, without whom this civilization would be doomed to complete extinction. Her ancient age endows her with considerable wisdom, but the inability to leave Ikazkan and her peculiar character limit the help that expedition members can count on from her.
Gekizo
The sentient sword of Óna, her inseparable companion. His way of thinking differs significantly from that of the Ivylai, which to some extent helps the native inhabitants of Ikazkan interact and avoid moments of mutual misunderstanding both with other denizens of the dungeons and with the humans who arrived from the surface. For some reason, he evokes a strong sense of terror in the latter. The main thing is not to look him in the eye.
Kaleido Cartridge
Founder of the "Gatherers of Knowledge" community, he calls himself a lord — presumably, that is how the upper class is addressed on the surface, but in Ikazkan such matters hold no significance, so he has to remain on the same level as everyone else.

A cold-blooded pragmatist, convenient to work with when finding solutions to various problems, but do not expect any warmth.
Letty
The very person whose hysterics gave the start to the expedition. She possesses the so-called "eyes of petrification," which turn to stone anyone who looks into them. To avoid accidental victims, she has to wear a blindfold, which undoubtedly poisons her time spent in the dungeon.

A shy, melancholic girl. For some reason, she is in a great hurry to get home.
Kanau
The most prominent instructor of martial arts in all of Ikazkan. Interaction with the members of the dungeon warriors' community, which was initially merely a random whim, has become an integral part of her existence, and now every student of hers is like her own child. However, Kanau's current cycle of existence is coming to an end, and it may well happen that these unusual feelings will be cruelly consigned to oblivion.
Usa
A fervent worshiper of Óna from the community of her servants. Every day she devotes herself to glorifying her goddess, pestering everyone unfortunate enough to be within earshot of her voice. She organizes various projects in her honor — writing songs, erecting sculptures, and so on. It is through her efforts that the finest craftsmen of Ikazkan built the "Infernal Throne" — a majestic dwelling place for Óna, replacing the ordinary home where she previously spent her time.
Kaen
Leader of the fifth human community — "Fire of Civilization." Regarding the development of society, he considers the Ivylai underdeveloped and calls the other denizens of the dungeons savages outright. He believes that Ikazkan should be ruled by humans, and everyone else should work for them.

Because of his unacceptable views, Kaen and his associates were exiled beyond the borders of Ikazkan by their own kin.
Kof
Chieftain of the "Dragon Claws" tribe, recognized by many of his kin as the best hunter of the dungeons. He dislikes humans and believes that they will inevitably bring disasters of catastrophic scale to Ikazkan and its surroundings. His proposal to slaughter all outsiders, however, does not enjoy much popularity among the other tribes and peoples of the dungeon. Due to disagreements on this matter, he and his tribe are on cold terms with the inhabitants of Ikazkan.
Trans
A mysterious lone myrdar living in the center of Ikazkan. The locals show no significant interest in him, but the attention of humans is captured by his predictions, which he voices under certain conditions.
Tokoton
A cheerful and kind-hearted sorceress who has never known the surface, yet despite her human origins, she is more familiar with the dungeons than most of its other inhabitants. She closely associates with the Gatherers of Knowledge, the wizard community, and even the solitude-preferring elms (not all of them). In some circles, she is even jokingly called the "master of dungeons."
Rizz
This sord left his cave and came to Ikazkan to chew bacon and kick ass. The truth is that when serious conflicts arise among the human race, the Ivylai usually shrug their shoulders and do not intervene, often due to an inability to understand the essence of the problem. This, in turn, can be cruel in its own way toward the humans themselves, so in those moments when those involved in a conflict do not want to go to Óna to resolve their differences, guys like Rizz take control of the situation. He is simply the most active of them.
Svarka
Rizz's partner. Where he is the whip, she is the carrot. Little humans are like little children to her, and she will pity and feed each one if needed.

Svarka's outstanding culinary skills attract to her table representatives of all peoples and professions that can be found in the dungeon.
