Problems with access from Russia / "Error establishing a secure connection".

With Planet VPN I managed to log in and even upload a small file from my computer to the forum. Compared to a regular browser extension (couldn't upload an image), this works fine, though not without issues: sometimes sites load slowly, not everything loads, and "connection timed out" occurs. Though other extensions might also be affecting it.

P.S. It's been working like this for an hour without any registrations. Though, I don't know how long this will last.
