The logic is lost here. What does language have to do with the fact that someone turned out to be a jerk? Language is just a form, and decency is determined by actions, which do not depend on the way the message is conveyed.

Isn't conveying a message an action? "Leaked correspondence" isn't like someone physically stealing something or kicking a cat; it's the act of conveying a message... And no one was talking about the form, as far as I can tell.
