Regarding America. Not everything is so bad there. If it weren't for America, no one would be on this forum right now, or even using a computer. Because all computers come from there, and that's undeniable. That is, Americans produce the processors, and Windows – which most people use (at least 80 percent) – is also their achievement. And in general, they largely drive the IT industry, along with Singapore and Japan, of course.
