If the music is longer than 5 minutes, and sometimes even 4, there will always be a voter who gets tired of it and gives it a lower rating.

Tracks that are 10 minutes or longer, in my opinion, were previously submitted just for fun, to get some low ratings (I remember something similar).

So, this is not a discovery... On the other hand, it was also not highly rated at the expo festival in AA down the river, so anything is possible.
