Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Well, before Earth becomes a paradise, living on other planets is fraught with problems... We've littered and polluted here, and polished it all with wars, so I don't want to carry the same mess into space before we clean up after ourselves.
Although, it's worth developing things gradually, but I wouldn't want to move there just yet...
