Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I haven't been to Georgia, although I'd like to visit someday. As for Belarus... Do you think I'm joking? Not at all. It's just that when you cross the border from the Smolensk region into the Vitebsk region by car, you find yourself in a different world. You go from a world of dilapidated, crumbling huts, roads that are about to fall apart, and gas stations, and suddenly you're in a fully-fledged Europe, perfectly clean and well-maintained. This contrast alone is worth seeing, but the smiling, happy people, Minsk, which looks like Moscow but is free of its drawbacks in the form of endless crowds, traffic jams, and wild high-rise districts on the outskirts, and there are no illegal immigrants... Yes, somehow we've come to look down on agricultural countries, but out of all the CIS countries + the Baltic states...
