Why did I switch to TE?

To be precise, in the "Ranger" and "Beast Master" troop types, the chance of getting Fire is 1, and for "Barbarian" and "Lord," the chance of getting Water is 2, although, in my opinion, this is still too low. 3-4 would be just right.
