A series of issues.

Right now, I'm using Beeline and MTS, and the forum loads to this extent, both on my computer and phone (Moscow). Nothing below the section for the sixth game loads. The problem is obviously with the providers; everything works fine on my home Wi-Fi.
I suspect that many of the problems reported in this thread are related to local restrictions or their direct consequences in different countries.
