Camistella smiled, not at all modestly.
“I’m from the Guild of Wonders. I was investigating a case about strange sources of cursed energy. And I stumbled upon Asmidul. That’s how I found out that the story about how a black knight split me in half a year ago didn’t end that day,” the Lunar said, fixing Genza with a piercing gaze. “So my peaceful life was put on hold, and I had to urgently start looking for a way to escape the inevitable fate. My name is Camistella.”
Then she had to return to Erika. Thank goodness, the third cursed one wasn’t in a hurry to join the conversation! It was already difficult with the two of them! And the second clarifying question from her friend hit… right on the mark.
“Tann built a huge ritual circle around the obelisk of fire in Asuguth,” the Lunar replied. “It’s hard to say what he’s trying to achieve with this, but we’ll only get answers if we appear fully prepared before this supposedly powerful structure. As for defeating Tann… it’s complicated. There’s no time to prepare, and he’s clearly stronger than us. We’ll probably have to defeat him with our wit and intelligence, but definitely not with brute force.”
“There’s no way to defeat him, Erika. We’re going into this fight more out of desperation and for the sake of glory!” Camistella thought.
