It's impossible to complete this map by entering a town only once. The artifact in the Ghostlands cannot be obtained. And Anastasia doesn't fit in this setting.

1) It's quite possible to complete it as a Warrior. 2) The artifact can be obtained; there's a path, but it's less tedious through Giovanni. 3) Anastasia is mentioned on the map, so she does fit in this setting.
