Good afternoon. I don't have an interface after installing the mod. Any ideas what might be conflicting with it?

Since I didn't understand anything about interfaces at the time of creating the Heroes 3 interface, I just tried different things until I got something working. I did this on my monitor in a resolution of 1920x1080 (the buttons are located somewhere between 1700 and 1920 pixels).
Try pressing alt + enter to switch the game to windowed mode, then drag the right side of the screen to the left; the buttons should appear there. Or, move the HazardMainMenu mod from the Waterfall folder to the UserMods folder, rename it or change something in it, save it, and then change it back so that the "date" of the changes is more recent than mine (which were made around 2021, if I remember correctly).
Alternatively, go to the profiles folder in the root directory of the game and manually set the resolution to 1920x1080 (register_resolution must be at least 1 because 0 represents the minimum graphics settings, and the minimum graphics settings do not support a screen size of 1920x1080; if you do this, the game will crash when launched.)

Added after 4 minutes
narrow screen, the interface is designed for a wide screen; as far as I remember, there should be a separate mod for Azard's interface in a separate folder, which overrides the interface of the main mod.

That's correct. My clumsy work led to these fixes 🙃 I don't plan on redoing it yet because my knowledge of menu interfaces remains at the same level, or even worse, since I have forgotten what and where I "clicked" over the past 4 years. And there is a lot to redo; I reworked many things during that period of inspiration, including the main menu, the scenarios menu, the multiplayer menu, and more (probably about 10 windows or more).
