In principle, all heroes work in the mod on a map where there are no settings for available and unavailable heroes, except for Hangvul. At the same time, he is listed in the files, and the hero himself is indicated in the properties as not being a scenario hero. Maybe someone knows what needs to be fixed or the reason for this bug?

I figured it out myself, here's the solution: Hangvul has this line filled in the original Hero file from the Lords of the Horde:

While other campaign heroes do not have it, and because of this, the hero is not visible in the hero selection window. Or maybe this is a specific problem for the game with a 4K resolution. In any case, deleting this line made the hero available for selection.
