In the "video and audio settings," change the "image quality" from high to normal or lower (regardless of the reason), and the loading screen image will become pixelated. This happens because of mipmaps in the PWL.
Also, it's unclear why there's a mod to change the loading screen image to dragons in a mating dance? No one will see it when they launch the map because there's a PWL in the map itself. You can see the mating dragons by launching any standard map (scenario or multiplayer), but no one keeps a map with mods in the maps/usercampaigns folder, only out of ignorance. It would be logical to choose one or the other.
