As I understand it, OD and OU aren't like in Arcelia, and they are needed to activate skills. Black ones are free passive abilities, green ones are paid (limited in the number that can be active at the same time) passive abilities, and red ones are active abilities. *Something like that, I might be wrong, as I'm seeing this for the first time.*

What is the final chance that they will miss me?

Obviously, 70% - 10% = 60% chance they will hit you.
