Because I have a strong feeling that a huge part of humanity would happily play various strategies for as long as they want, but strategies aren't monetized with all sorts of paid stuff like it's common with AAA publishers (unless using Paradox's methods, with millions of DLCs), so it turns out to be sort of unprofitable (but actually profitable, just without super profits, because a modern capitalist is no longer interested in simply doing his job without super profits).
