Yeah, that's what I meant. It's an old game, and I remember that you need to do some tricks to play it on a wide screen.
Take a look, but I would try to fix it if possible, as this will improve the modding result. Otherwise, your icons should be square, but during testing, you see them as rectangles, which means they don't look the way your users will see them.

I played the game in windowed mode and stretched it across 2 screens (although there is a bug with the menu interface because it was made for 1920x1080).
