How do you give a hero the “Wheel of Fortune” artifact from the Djinn faction?

I conducted an experiment, adding each creature skill. Unfortunately, not all creature skills work for heroes. Does anyone know if there's a mod with the "Wheel of Fortune" spell?

I created a hero named Ezzon. I gave him the "Ghostly Luck" and "Deadly Misfortune" skills as analogs.
