Virgins and young men somehow satisfied the sorcerer, but whenever a lamb was brought: either its horns were not the right shape, or it bleated with the wrong voice, or its wool was not clean enough... The saddest thing was that the peasants couldn't even properly protest all this, because their minds had long been manipulated for convenience, but they also couldn't please the sorcerer and were constantly punished.

-- And one day, the sorcerer returned home, and on his doorstep was a box, just the right size for a lamb, and on it was written, "Inside this box is the lamb you need." The sorcerer wasn't a fool, but he had the curiosity typical of mages, so he sent a familiar to open it... And that was the wrong move; it would have been better to move to another hut, because through the magical channels connecting the mage with the familiar, he was immediately paralyzed by a special artifact, and a second later, his mana shield shattered from the attacks of a certain group of people, among whom was the Red Fury... Yes, there was a time when there was more than one. So that's the whole story, and the box with the lamb was like a funny joke that arose after a survey of the locals, becoming a kind of parable, and tactically it was also convenient to avoid putting people at risk... Although it was more difficult to implement than it sounds, but I won't describe everything in detail.
