— Voluntary and unpaid work for a good cause. It can take many different forms, depending on a person's skills. People in your profession were also mentioned in the list, in case you're interested. In my case, it's pretty much the same as what I do for our organization. In general, it's nothing special. I just prepare food for the sick. It's a small thing, compared to the selfless efforts of hospital staff. But it still helps to brighten the days of the patients and speed up their recovery.
