These are actually potato chips flavored like "herring under a fur coat" salad. It's very strange, but I can't say it's unappetizing. In terms of strangeness, it's comparable to chips flavored like sprats. It slightly messes with your brain, but it's quite edible and good for an evening snack. In my opinion, the salt overpowers the main flavor, but the "herring under a fur coat" flavor is recognizable in the aftertaste.
