Try removing the ".h5m" from the archive name before the ".rar" (it's a silly thing to do, but it doesn't affect the archiver for me) and place it in a path that doesn't contain Cyrillic characters. The advice is rather simple, but judging by your error, your archiver simply can't find the file.

I just tried it, downloaded it again, tried to open it... the same thing happens... well, I guess it's not meant to be.

Although, no! It is meant to be! Maybe it will help someone - if the archive doesn't open with WinRAR, you can open it with Daemon.
