Why are you asking me... Carneol doesn't pay out of my pocket.

The question isn't about the money, but about the scheme used to allocate OD for working as a cook in Carneol. Is it 0 OD as a regular job? 1 OD as a secretary? Or something else?
I understand that this is a player initiative, but is it provided for in the game mechanics? I expect Alaria to be similar to Lepota, but cheaper for the crown and with the ability to occasionally craft something extra if asked and paid for out of pocket.
