Basically, we have two positions with their respective arguments: execute the experienced player and execute the newbie. Both have their own logical chain of reasoning. There's also the option to execute "Heaven," but that's all quite strange. Since position 1 is already represented by Naiko, I will represent position 2. The reason is simple: Kraken deals incredibly well against cities. Or rather, it seems to deal well against cities. And it will soon be able to use its ultimate ability. I simply see it as a more significant threat, if you will. At the same time, both positions could be wrong and stubbornly defend incorrect arguments. But what can you do? That's life.
