The latest expansion pack has been released. Now, certain things are clear.

I was just crying, honestly, no offense, nothing personal Greengeez, but at the very beginning of the topic, I asked the question "What did you want to say with that?" See how far it has gone? The forum users got down to their favorite activity: "arguing."

at least for me, it was clear from the first post what Greengeez wanted to say... I think it was clear for most (but not all) of those who started with the 1st and 2nd games....

and I agree that there is no atmosphere (I don't think it will be there anymore); that Heroes 5 has a lot from other games (which is not always good); they introduced new creatures, such as the Elves, Dwarves... this is good, of course, BUT weren't the Nigonians better? and the other creatures that were in the first part); that the graphics are Warcraft-like and it's unclear why it's like that! because now the graphics level is much higher, and here people have huge hands and everything else... this VERY much resembles Warcraft and its cartoonishness! this is probably what attracts young fans... and most of the monsters that are supposed to be intimidating with their appearance look funny! (although there are some good moments in the graphics)... this is if you compare it with other new games, and not with the 3rd and 4th (in terms of graphics)...
there are, of course, some advantages, mainly in the skills, creatures (their upgrades and skills - Sorceress and others), the view of the cities from the inside (at least they did it well here), the tactics (the battlefield), and various game options... but still, it looks empty. there are few artworks, various buildings, etc.
