"Wow, I thought alchemical quests only gave money," Henry felt the changes in his mind. "Is this a level up already? Quen? ... Quen, are you there?"
"Huh? Sorry, I was engrossed in a book."
"You really read that kind of stuff? Don't you have anything better to do?"
"Over hundreds of years, I've learned to appreciate even the simplest things in the world around me. It's just a collection of myths, but I'm still interested in how people live in this world."
"A psycho is interested in psycho stuff. This really is a level up."
"Even though I'm just the ghost of a viper, you shouldn't expect me to be particularly erudite... Wait, did you just say something offensive again? You know, your jokes will eventually backfire on you, Henry!"
"No."
"What 'no'?"
"Everything's no. Did you hear that I got stronger?"
"Hmm. Yes, I can sense that you've gained some abilities. Now, I'll try to remember how my first master fought..."
"Huh? What was his style like?"
"Unlike you, he mainly fought with a spear. I was not his only spirit guardian, and I was mainly responsible for protecting his body. The other two were the spirit of the snake, Siular, and the spirit of fire, Panasapi. Siular did something with poison and medicine... He dissipated shortly after the master's death, as he had no other purpose in life. But Panasapi continued to live; I don't know where he is now. He was the strongest spirit among us, and quite proud. He's probably serving another shaman."
"A spirit of fire? So, Panasapi is like an elemental?"
"Some call it that, yes. Elemental spirits are born from the spiritual power of multiple living beings and objects. Panasapi manifested during a large fire, when many animals and trees burned, and their spiritual power combined in this way. Although each individual soul was weak, otherwise they would have become spirits themselves, like me, but together they formed a strong, willful spirit of fire. In our world, this is how it sometimes happens, but here, as I see it, spirits are a much rarer phenomenon."
-- Zzzzzzz...
"Henry, are you asleep?!"
"Huh? Oh, what? So, how did your shaman deal with all this horde? Three spirits, really?"
"Well, compared to you, he managed to control us much better. The secret was in the proper distribution of responsibilities and perfect... what's it called, synchronization, right?"
"Parallel thinking?"
"I suppose so. When I was doing my thing, like creating a shield of needles, for example, it didn't interfere with the master attacking the enemy. At that time, Siular could heal him, and Panasapi created fire around the spear. Something like that."
"Great. Parallel thinking, then. And my previous experience hasn't been fully distributed yet; it's time to fix that!"
"I'll be happy to train you, Henry! So, for starters..."
"Stop, who said anything about training?"
"Well, how else will you become stronger..."
"No, no, no, no, no. I don't need that here. I just need to open the status screen and distribute the numbers there. And then buy a new skill for the level up; that's how it's done."
"HENRY, THIS IS NOT A GAME!"
"That's right, this isn't a game, but my schizofrenia, which is basically the same thing."
"HENRY!"
"Okay, which button do I press... Oh, never mind. Anyway, Quen, I'm going to sleep, and you can figure it out yourself."
"HENRY, YOU'RE THE WORST SHAMAN I KNOW!"
"Good night."
The American goes to sleep, ignoring the viper's protests. As a result, Quen-Quen spends the whole night, cursing in frustration, "reconfiguring" Henry's brain so that the acquired experience is beneficial.

New skills:
Parallel (schizoid) thinking (IV passive, replaceable?)
The number of skills that can be used in one turn increases by the number of the character's spirit guardians (1). There may be a limit on the level (for example, one of the skills is no higher than level 2) and on logical compatibility. For example, spiritual skills such as shield and spirit expulsion may not be compatible with other spiritual skills, and physical skills with other physical skills (although Henry has two gloves, so it's not entirely obvious). Summoning should be both.
Expel Spirit IV
Please double-check the numbers for levels II and III as well. The description says (1.5 * accuracy), but the numbers are as if the accuracy is higher at level III.
Increases the duration of the paralysis to 2 turns, slight stat boost.
Fortress of the Escapist III, IV
Enhances the effect, and it would be good to add something else at level IV (Removal of one negative effect every so often? If it's too strong, then just a small passive self-heal.)
