[HMM III OFF TOURNAMENT] "Race for the Leader"

If this rule remains in effect, please include it in the rules to avoid any misunderstandings. This is important. If not, please let me know.

The rules are written in a general way. If we start adding notes for each mini-tournament, it will create confusion and demagoguery. It's already clear what and how. Who to keep, who to dismiss, and who moves on to the next mission. :)
