Rumpo, of course, the user has textures, icons, and recolored effects! He just doesn't know how to attach them to the phoenix model. I'm sure the user is asking for someone to create textures and effects for him from scratch.

Amity, I recommend paying attention to the Heroes 5 Armageddon's Blade mod. It contains the birds you're looking for, and its files might be shared with you by its author, Waterfall (or maybe not).

Firebirds are also present in the original game; they are simply not enabled, and their files are located within the root folder.

I took them from another Conflux mod, where the phoenixes had their fire animation replaced with lightning.

And now I'm creating an alternative blue phoenix. The process is not yet complete. I won't create a separate, fully functional mod specifically for this user.
All I can do is finish my creatures, release a new version of the mod, and interested modders can extract what I've done from my mod and create a separate mod that the user wants.
As I said before, I'm not interested in breaking down my mod into pieces, which is what people constantly ask me to do xD
