Unfortunately, this model has already been borrowed, so it's not unique at all, and the reskin itself is based on the model of the arch-bishop from the Unicorn Empire, which in turn is just a recolor of the inquisitor. I recommend asking someone, for example, fktifzobr@mail.ru, to repaint the inquisitor in another color. Or, for example, there are many adept models that are just repainted inquisitors.
