It’s funny, of course, that you downloaded 3 programs after searching for “how to open a pak file” and still couldn’t open the files. Either the creators of these programs are complete idiots (7-Zip, WinRAR, yeah right), or you’re not doing something correctly. If needed, right-click on the file, select “Open with,” and choose any archiver from the list of applications. This is for Windows.
