Auto-translated

Made a temporary translation for beta 10. Everything has been translated except for the hero specializations. As soon as I translate the rest, I will upload the updated file. MMH 5.5 Rc15 beta 10 RU Installation: Copy the file to the Data folder in the game directory. (Starting a new game is not required for the translation to work).
