Varya is still trying to get Gideon and Vale involved, saying they can contribute to a gift for Layla (to reduce the financial burden on Heroist). Fortis isn't worried about it, as he's a newcomer (he hasn't even arrived yet, and they're already asking him for contributions). She also doubts about Futaba due to her constant melancholy (it doesn't mean she can't participate, of course).
I think we can give the gift earlier than the 27th, gather together, and organize it in advance, but it doesn't really matter.
