It doesn't matter, that can be thought about later.
The worst thing is that nothing active could be done right now. Last time, when a similar misfortune occurred, they had Laurence on their side, but now any attempt to use weapons against the new "student" would be met with the fact that the teachers... She didn't even want to think about what that would be. However, maybe Laurence is still unaffected; she did manage to uncover Carvia's conspiracy last time. She needs to consult with her, and in the meantime, take advantage of the demon's apparent inaction.
