Awakening of Evil

Hello everyone.
Please tell me what I need to do with the archangels in the first scenario of "New Threat"?
After their conversation, I received the quest "Pass the Angel Post," but it simply says that I need to fulfill one of the conditions for passing. However, no one tells me what those conditions are (and there was no pop-up text or anything similar).

What do I need to do?)

P.S. I suspect that I need to dig up the Ash Tear, but I'm not sure.
