this tent has 3 bullets, so no matter what you do, it won't be very effective, and it's not worth dedicating an entire specialization to it for those 3 bullets. Maybe in a competition with miniature armies, where you only have 1-4 incomplete upgrades over 2-3 weeks, there might be some sense in it, but outside of that, it's useless.

However, if you take a normal tent with 5k HP, 20 base initiative, and 100 bullets, then it will be quite decent.
