But what is happiness then? And is it possible to be happy when you feel so physically bad that you just want to not exist, even for a couple of hours?
That's a difficult question... I'll just say that it's impossible to give a recipe or advice – most of them don't work, and the only one that works doesn't depend on me; it's in God's hands. I'll just say that every happiness has an objective reason, and I believe that you will find it for yourself. This is not advice, but a wish, it always has been... And simply having an "optimistic outlook on life" seems to stop working in almost 100% of cases around the age of 25; there's nothing you can do about it.
