I imagine American women with a neutral appearance like this, belonging to the category that appeals to most people, but without standing out with anything special. Or, like in American teen movies, when the main character has a girlfriend/fiancée (a negative character) whom he replaces at the end of the film with a more feminine, sweet, and attractive main heroine (unfortunately, none of the presented women would be suitable for that role).
