I'm not quite as radical, but there is some truth to it.

What year, in your opinion, had the best entries on average in this contest? I'm looking at it starting from 2015, and it seems to me that here it's pretty good. But in earlier years (2014 and earlier), it's definitely harder to find good entries.

Well-deserved 1 point for cheating. For a photo contest, you need to submit photos, not videos.

Ah, yes, of course, these aren't pictures where you can justify yourself by saying that "a GIF is also a picture." A video is indeed not a photo... But I'll forgive it.
