2000+ movepoints heroes after their death or deleting

I'm all for it, but besides fixing the 2k heroes issue, all the less noticeable movement bugs should be fixed as well: heroes entering the tavern after redeeming previous ones behave as if they have 3 stacks of movement points (hello to most ranged units with 1500 movement points), newly redeemed heroes who, for some reason, have no movement points or almost none (there are several variations as to why this bug might occur) – I might not remember everything off the top of my head. I don't think anyone wants that kind of randomness.
