Early morning and a fresh sea breeze. To be honest, Gulveig was feeling a bit sleepy, but it didn't dampen her enthusiasm for the upcoming adventures in this land. She wondered how deeply Queen Lungwort had peered into the girl's soul. Did she only see her harmlessness, or did she sense a hint of the sadness and hope for the future that Vegi carried within her?
The Arterian glanced at Asterion. Yes, she had an unexpected travel companion now. When they had talked about traveling, the girl couldn't have imagined that a simple question like "Want to continue together?" or something similar, asked more out of politeness, would elicit an immediate response of "Okay..."
Okay, so okay... She should thank the Mother for this; after all, it was easier to travel in company than alone.
She wondered how her brothers and sisters were doing. And the young Baldr generation: Alrik, Homeric, Elsa, and Yua. And how her teacher was. Lungwort seemed so welcoming and inviting; they would surely like it here...
After thanking the stranger for the advice about registration, Gulveig suggested that Asterion do the same.
