Greetings, I'm not sure if I clicked reply correctly, I haven't been on forums since the 2000s, apologies in advance.
Yesterday I downloaded the Tribes of the East expansion, downloaded this mod, moved the contents to the UserMODs folder and the music to CS as per the instructions, launched the game, but everything is in English for some reason (in Steam properties, there's no Russian language option by the way) KZ account, I see the expansions, I click on the main (vanilla) version of the game, and there I can only see commas, and roughly understand where the prologue or first chapter is, I click, the game starts, but all dialogues have gaps and only display periods and commas. What could be the issue? My monitor resolution is 2K, I also selected 2K in the game, same on full HD. I spent about two hours yesterday trying different add-ons, moving files, watching tons of videos, did the same as in the videos, theirs display in Russian, but mine don't(( I'm now thinking maybe I should download the community version? I just wanted to play from Steam.

Good day! This year Ubisoft released a micropatch on Steam for Heroes 5. So the functionality of mods on the new version of Heroes 5 on Steam is highly questionable.

The game's operation is heavily tied to the "date" of files; if they are newer (more recent), the game uses them as a priority.

I recommend getting the community version 3.1, provided the author made the mod for it.

P.S. I'm not advocating piracy, but you can use a pirated copy if you've already officially purchased the game and the official version breaks something essential.
