AllCampaignsRemastered - Updated mod for all Campaigns
Greetings, I don't know if I clicked reply correctly, I haven't been on forums since the 2000s, I apologize in advance. Yesterday I downloaded the Tribes of the East expansion, downloaded this mod, moved what was inside to the UserMODs folder, and the music to CS, as per the instructions, I launch the game, for some reason everything is in English (in Steam properties, there's no Russian language option by the way) КЗ account, I see the expansions, I click on the main (vanilla) version of the game, and there only commas are visible, and it's roughly clear where the prologue or first chapter is, I click, the game launches, but all dialogues have gaps and only periods and commas are displayed. What could be the problem, my monitor resolution is 2k, I also selected 2k in the game, same thing on full HD. I sat there for about two hours yesterday, downloaded different addons, moved them around, watched a bunch of videos, did the same thing as in the videos, theirs display in Russian, mine don't(( I'm already thinking maybe I should download the community version? I just wanted to play specifically from Steam
Good day! This year Ubisoft rolled out a micropatch on Steam for Heroes 5. Therefore, the functionality of mods on the new version of Heroes 5 on Steam is quite questionable.
The game's operation is heavily tied to the "date" of files; if they are newer (fresher), the game uses them as a priority.
I recommend getting the community version 3.1, if of course the author made the mod for it.
P.S. just to be clear, I'm not advocating piracy, but using a pirated copy is acceptable if the game has already been purchased officially and the official version breaks something you need.
