Cheating makes you bad. Whether he cheats or not, whether he's a millionaire or not. Some people just put up with it because: they're afraid (he hits, threatens, threatens to take the kids away/do something bad to her, the kids, or relatives), they're dependent ("she's living off him" — because he once said she didn't need to work, and she was only too happy about it), or she's cheating herself. These aren't mutually exclusive.
