Did you touch or change it? Or did you just suddenly notice that the skill wasn't working?
I changed it a long time ago so that it would apply a buff in battle when learned. Everything worked as it should, it gave a buff to the army and increased the hero's level by 1.
Yesterday, I noticed that it still increases the hero's level by 1 as usual, but it no longer applies the buff to the army.
