I can’t seem to remember where I found the Thunder Hammer in my previous playthrough. In this one, I’ve searched the entire map, and I’m left with only one Netherim from the entire Army of Terror, but I still haven’t found the hammer. I didn’t do the quests for the Haven faction; I did them for the Chaos faction. Maybe that’s the problem.

The hammer is located in a dungeon, behind the gates of the sleepless guard. There, you also need to kill Baron Vargom as part of a quest. The hammer is guarded by champions of darkness and some minor creatures. The entrance to the dungeon is located almost opposite the portal to Kagmar. Maybe it’s not very visible; I’ll make it more noticeable, although, of course, you can guess from the guards that they are not just guarding resources.
