Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Celebrating New Year's with family has a significant advantage: a huge amount of food that you don't buy or prepare, but you can eat it peacefully because it's made in huge quantities with a surplus for a billion years.
But this year I'm alone again, which means it's not worth the effort to fuss over a "festive" table. And without it, this day somehow loses all its specialness.
