Actually, I shouldn't be complaining, I myself went completely overboard yesterday and ruined the cupcakes... And it was a tried and tested recipe, everything was fine, but there was no lemon in the fridge – and using that idiotic vinegar as a substitute ruined everything (((
I should have just used synthetic citric acid, I have some powder somewhere.
